We are trying to upgrade from Pega 841 to 884 and we would like to understand the compatibility of having Hazelcast V4 with 884 version or we need to use Hazelcast V5 version with Pega 884.

Hazelcast v4 is deprecated in Pega 8.8.x . Hazelcast v5.2 is recommended version.
Hazelcast v4 has reached end of support Q2 of 2024 from Vendor of Hazelcast.

@SuhasKumar Just one more question, are we good to use the Hazelcast 3.12-1 with Pega 884 till the time we externalise the Hazelcast and update to V5.
Looking for any performance implications that will be caused due to Hazelcast 3.12-1 with Pega 884.

As per the document, the version 3-12 is deprecated, hence 88x version will work with Hazelcast 3.12.
However incase of issues, there will be limited support from Pega.
version 3-12 is about to go out of Vendor support in Q2 2024.
