NBAD Upgrade Failed - Failed to upgrade Config rule NBA_Issue_Group

Hi,

I’ve tried to upgrade my Pega Platform & CDH from 8.6.6 to Infinity 23.1

When upgrading the NBAD, i got these errors:

Somehow in the log, after the FAIL log, it was SUCCESS

But still it was failed after all.

Please let me know what should i do to solve this issue.

This issue was resolved by our support team with the following details:

Solution type description:

The customized extension strategy was not emitting results as it was expecting Customer page to be present on clipboard for evalution, however due to an issue with the custom data transform( loading customer page) logic, the page was not having customer data.

Fixing the data transform logic fixed the issue

Could you provide more details about this issue and solution? we are facing a similiar one when we upgrade CDH from 86 to 23.

what was the name of the DT in your case. we are facing same issue upgrading from 24.1 to 24.2 and needed to understand what DT logic you fixed. Thank you.
