I would like to request something about PEGA OOTB MFA.
Since we register both SMS and Email, we are going to receive both OTP with SMS and Email.
Our requirement is to customise OOTB MFA flow.
- We need a screen to let user choose whether they want to receive with email or sms.
- Only after that we want to let them receive OTP.
but according to the observation, there are sequence of final rules at the base layer, we are not able to customise them.
Can someone advise me?
and I am not able to figure it out how pzHandleMFA was being called.
