Its a Hypothetical Business scenario not sure we can use Pegaplatform for it or not , just want to hear feedback from community on it.

Functional Requirement: We are company in publishing industry from decades and sponsor and encourage writer to write books on various topics. Our main objective is to make writer’s life simple and make them focus on content , research and quality of publishing material. To modernize our business with AI we want to provide greater flexibility to our writers.

  1. Using AI technology, we want to increase engagement of readers with our writers by making there content available in apps ( for each writer ) both pdf format and audio in 5 writer choosen voices.
  2. Writer can cobrowse with Publisher IT team to customize there app according to his requirement.
  3. Writer books or audio formats are available in restaurants for foodies to read and listen to the audio and if want to read again they can purchase it.
  4. Writer after doing book release to engage with their readers he should be able to schedule events ( after 1 or 2 months ) to interact with media persons , readers and real-time feedback of their readers , to listen about their interpretations of the book.
  5. Media persons can use book for references in their content creation.
  6. Using AI features listeners can get essence of the book according to their age group ( it’s a optional feature)
  7. Readers can purchase book any time and application should be connected to delivery network for easy delivery.
  8. People are lazy to cook some days and prefer to go restaurants so as writer we want to engage readers with Audio pods to see or listen to the preview of few chapters if interested he is allowed to take book on rent. publishing company will get the rental amount and make facility to take back the book.
  9. Integrating with Modern technology to engage readers in restaurants is our primary goal to increase sales and engagement of readers.

Is it a right application to build on pega platform ? Are the use cases fit for AI world ?
