Mis-completing pearson vue certificate authority

Hello,

I passed my certificate for PEGA System Architect with success.

Unfortinately, i mis-completed the creation account for my firstname and lastname for the peason vue account, pearson vue represent the center where i did my exam.

I completed it with : firstname : Hadhri Salim && lastname : Salim Hadhri

I should have completed it with : firstname : Salim && lastname : Hadhri

Now, i don’t have access to my account in pearson vue.

Does-it impact the validation of my certification ?

@SalimH16621447 Have you contacted Pearson Vue directly?

If you used the same email for Pearson VUE and the Pega account Certification should reflect in your account with in two weeks .

In case if you do not receive the certification please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

If you don’t hear back from them please email [email protected] with your exam details and description of what happened and we can look into it for you!

Sorry for the late response.

The Certification appeared to me with the right informations.

I think that, when i used the same email, the Certification person details took the informations from Pega Account which are right writtened.
