In Theme-Cosmos, we had ''Teams" landing page out-of-the-box to manage teams (workgroups, work queue). I don’t see this landing page in Constellation, and we have the same requirement where a manager should be able to manage work queues (add, remove users) and also add remove users from work groups.
Has someone implemented this? If yes, what challenges you faced, esp. customizing the existing rules to make them constellation friendly or was its different approach.
Do we know if Pega already has this in their pipeline and when do they plan to release?
Option 3: Leverage Case Type as “Maintenance Update” to update Operator Access groups, Work group, Skills etc.. I’ve implemented this option to update Add/Remove skills from Operators profile.
