@himab476 Is that the correct endpoint for your Pega Robot Manager application? Remember you need to import Pega Robot Manager and then you create an application that is built-on it. Are you able to login to Robot Manager at that URL and see the main UI?

@JairoA27 I believe you’ll need to trace this from your Pega application and not from the Robotics side. Is it possible for you to test those endpoints in Dev Studio?
Thanks for everything, my problem was solved by correctly configuring the url, accessgroup and roles. It was also very important to update my Pega Platform with the correct version of Robot Manager and review the manuals for the correct version.
