Hi,
I tried yesterday to pass the ‘Pega customer Decision Hub 8.8’. certification exam at home. I checked in and I had 3 different persons with the chatbot who asked me to re-load pictures.
When the third person finaly talled me everything was Ok, I saw on my screen a countdown started from 2 hours by I never had the text of the exam on my screen.
Someone answered me on the chatbot to do CRTL + Alt + Supp and to restart the OnVue program. That’s what I did but I couldn’t connect no more.
Can I have an other voutcher to realy pass the exam ?
