I assigned the Deployment Specialist role to a user in My Pega and tried adding them to Deployment Manager. I was able to search and fill in their details, but after submitting, the user wasn’t added. When I also assigned the Support Administrator role, the user was successfully added. Do users need both roles to be added to Deployment Manager?
This should not be the case. Cloud Deployment Specialist role should be enough to login and Support Administrator role is not required in context of Deployment Manager service. Please raise a Pega support ticket to analyze this further.
