Windows 2019 was never a supported OS for 8.4
And from the Platform Support guide link: “Beginning in Pega Platform 8.8, the Windows operating system is deprecated. No new client applications should be deployed on Windows.”
@PhilipShannon Thanks Phil. On another note, we are planning to set Pega Infinity’23 with Windows 2019 and PostgreSQL DB on premise. I understand Pega documentation says it is deprecated but hopefully we can extended support for short term over until EOY 24 as we plan to migrate to cloud in Q1 2025.
