We have Pega Marketing for Communication 8.5 (latest version)and Pega Marketing for Financial service 8.5. Can you please suggest if pega 8.7.2 supported the these framework?

@PrasenjitK I believe Pega Marketing was renamed Pega Customer Decision Hub and in the latest releases it was merged with Pega Customer Decision Hub starting in 8.6

Does this Pega Platform version support for Pega-supplied applications page help at all?

As latest version marge with Customer Decision Hub. Dose it mean if we install Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.7 on Pega 8.7 then Pega Customer Decision Hub for financial Service will be also installed in Pega 8.7?

I don’t understand why we are discussing both Pega Marketing for Comms and Pega Marketing for Financials, these were industry specific versions of the Product directed at Comms and Financial Services companies respectively, and I don’t see why any client would have or want both.

That confusion aside, we do not provide industry specific versions of the Customer Decision Hub, which has replaced Pega Marketing. Instead clients take the horizontal (Industry agnostic) version of the Customer Decision Hub, and then choose from a catalogue of Components to provide industry specific capabilities, where required. These can be found in Pega Market place.

Without understanding your use case I can’t comment on what you should be doing, but let’s say you are a new Communications provider client that wants Customer Decision Hub, and would therefore benefit from the out of the box Communications Analytical Data model accelerator. In this case you would implement CDH 8.7, and download the latest version of the Communications Analytical Data model from Pega Marketplace and add it to CDH 8.7.

We also have components to aid upgrades from Pega Marketing, if that was your scenario.

@PrasenjitK If you are looking for some backward compatibility or the typical industry specific data model then look for the right components. Example for Communication we have PegaCDH_Comms_Legacy and PegaCDH_xCAR_Comms.
