Internal Email Accept/Decline button not giving feedback back to Pega

I have created an Internal Email Template using Pega, and added two button Accept & Decline.

I am using Google SMTP service for outcoing emails.

Post campaign run, I received all information populated in the email, but when I click the accept/decline links, only a blank page is opening in the browser, and no feedback recorded in Pega.

I can’t see any initial part of the URL, hence probably not coming any feedback.

Any suggestion how this can be fixed please?

Is Gmail doing some override in the email? Any setup to change in GMail or in Pega?

@GOPESH SAHA , I suggest you review if your Public Link URL in your system to ensure it is set correctly.

In Pega Customer Decision Hub, you can configure the public URL setting by following these steps:

  1. In the header of Dev Studio or App Studio, click Configure > System > Settings > URLs.

  2. To define the public URL, in the Public Link URL field, enter the URL to your application.

  3. Click Save

Have added the url and now getting clicked impression. That is resolved initial concern, I added Accept & Decline funtion in the button, but everytime I only recieved Clicked impression. Will there be any difference in the Intereaction history for this two type of buttons?

Also, the opening url (if I OOTB response screen), that is always showing ‘Sorry, the offer is no longer available.’ message, even the action & treatment both are valid.

Any suggestion on that please?

@GOPESH SAHA , The Accept & Decline function, must also be supported by an appropriate and corresponding action flow that captures the response. So in the design of the action flow, after the email channel shape you would have a wait shape followed by a decision shape that processes a Response Received path for accept and decline. See below.
