Instruction text in HTML rule did not have localized text generated with GenAI in Localization landing page from App studio

Let us take a case type where we have custom overridden instructions setup on the first screen of the workflow.

I am trying to generate the localization pack for spanish language using the Localization landing page from App studio.

During the pack generation, i have selected the option “Localize with GenAI” selected and generated the zip file.

After opening the zip file, we noticed that the excel file is prefilled with the translated content in spanish language which is awesome to notice. This is a very good feature as this will save lot of time for localization team.

However, in the paragraph folder we noticed that the translated folder which has the html file for the instruction text does not have the translated text.

Not sure if this is an expected behaviour for now and will be taken care in future versions or i missed anything. I have performed this operation in Pega Infinity 24.2.1 version.

Please let us know if anyone has faced the same situation. Attached are the screenshots of the exploration in a document.

Thanks

Hi @JayachandraSiddipeta

Sadly, this is expected behavior, but good to hear you like the GenAI feature
This is the point where you need to roll up your sleeves - Paragraph Rules that hold Step instructions require manual translation.
