While creating the views added the paragraph instructions in that. paragraph rule and localizations created. to translate these into another language exported the localization file and updated the paragraph rules text into the localization language then imported back that file, In the localization rule I can see the translated text but in the front end UI not seeing the translated text where as in the front end translated localization rules are picking.

The updated Rule-UI-Localization instances are imported but the last update date time of the instance is not updated which means that the instances do not get re-synced to the constellation service.

@Brahmesh Burla You did not provide your Pega version. I have done some research and there is a known issue. Currently the paragraph rules which are inherited do not get translated. This is a gap in the platform.
Corrected Paragraph rule translation
Inherited Paragraph rules were not being translated. This has been resolved with an update for the handling of Paragraph lookup with class resolution.
This is fixed in the following patch releases and later releases:
- 24.1.3 (due out in April - see Pega Infinity Patch Calendar)
- 24.2.1
- 24.2.2 (due out in May)
