Insert Rule button in Rich Text Editor

Hi all

I have delegated the Create Correspondence view to the end users and in the rich text editor the system is not displaying the ‘Insert Rule’ button. Although it’s displaying the ‘Insert Property’ button. PFA my current view. Can anybody help achieving this?

@RishithReddyP: Hi, are you able to identify any fix for this. I am also facing this issue for one of the requirement.

you need to save the perform harness in your work class and ruleset. Then add this script rule in the harness (Perfom/TabbedScreenFlow/TabbedScreenFlow7) and then create a case and see, you will able to see a include a property rule icon .
