I have answered a question under decision management services topic. I think first option is correct because I am able to call activity from data flow rule in practice. Why system take it as wrong answer? Any ideas?

You can trigger an activity as the outcome of the data flow. It means you can send output data to an activity which acts as destination. So this implies the second option as correct answer. Also we can run reports using a data flow. So second and third option will be the correct answers.

@SrijitaB Yes, you are right. Nevertheless, after outcome retrieved, we are still in the data flow rule to refer an activity rule so we can say that there is an option to execute activity within the data flow rule in practice.
