In UI Campaign case status still showing Running. even though its already completed.

Campaign Status is still showing as running but from the run details and Data flow batch instances page I can the status as completed.

JFI: for testing purpose I just ran it for single record.

@sindhujav4915 , if there are actions with wait shapes in them, the status of the campaign will be running until such time as all actions have expired all waits.

@Saleem_A only one action is processed as I ran it for single record and there is no wait shape with in action .

@sindhujav4915 , then I suggest you open a support incident to have more detailed review.

@SKashyap FailStuckRun is an OOTP activity don’t have to create it. just run the activity and give run ID .

I am not sure which version you are using but activity available in Pega mkt engine 08-07-01 .

@MarijeSchillern So the solution provided is to run FailStuckRun activity and pass the PR # as a parameter. this one is worked for my scenario
