2 campaigns are stuck in the Running state and there is no option to stop them

I have the issue where 2 campaigns are stuck in the Running state and there is no option to stop them. Can you please send me the details to create the FailStuckRun activity?

@SKashyap here are the details I found to run FailStuckRun activity and pass the PR # as a parameter :

  • go to instances of PegaMKT-Work-ProgramRun ,
  • click on the PR-# which is still running.This will open up(like in second image).
  • You need to click on Show XML, paste into text file and note the PR number

  • Then you can run FailStuckRun activity and pass the PR # as a parameter

  • You should then be ablen schedule other campaigns
