Importing Personas from CDHBlueprint into pega CDH

Hey guys,

I have just created a cdh blueprint and I see that we can build personas for testing purposes. However, I do see that, when importing the .cdhbluperint file into 1:1 Operations Manager, and having the Revision Resolved-Completed, I don’t see these new personas in the Persona Management Landing page.

I find it a little bit out of place considering that the Blueprint agent told me that indeed I should see the personas created in PEga CDH, however they should not be stored in the common RSV, but in a unit test RSV.

I have checked the RSV we have for unit testing in the application but it is empty.

I wonder if this is a normal case, considering that we use pega labs?

This is what the Blueprint Agnet tells me:

”Once imported from the Customer Engagement Blueprint, personas are stored in the designated unit testing Ruleset within your Pega application. They are not stored as standard application rules that go through the typical change management processes.”

”After you import them from the blueprint, personas are stored and managed within Pega Customer Decision Hub through its Persona Management functionality.

Specifically:

  • They are stored in the designated unit testing Ruleset of your application. This means they are available for unit and regression testing purposes but are not promoted as standard application rules through typical change management processes.

  • They are used to test and validate your business strategies, engagement policies, and offers within CDH.

  • You can access, view, create, and use these personas for testing and validating next-best-action logic and engagement policies directly from the CDH portal.”
