I want to update my Primary Email

I want to update my Primary Email to my new Company Email Address. But I am unable to open that email account.PDN asks for verification OTP sent to that particular email account. Is there any other way

You can login with existing email id i.e personal email id and then click on below link

Pega - Sign In and then right side you can share icon and 3 dots , just keep hover the mouse on 3 dots and then click on setting. you will see new email address, you can add the your new email and the click on send verification.
