I want to change the UI text "Pulse" in the Pulse gadget to other words like "Comment" by default.

I like to change the Pulse gadget’s name to other name like “Comment”.

I look for various settings and change the value of pyLabel in D_pzFeedParams on clipboard tool.
It changes the display on the top screen of that case, but reverts to the original name “Pulse” when I create a new case.

Does anyone know the smart way to change this setting?

Put live UI on pulse, You will find pyCaseFeed section.

In pyCaseFeed section, pxFeed section referring as attached screenshot.

Go to parameters tab

Update display label as “Comment”
