I getting forbidden 403 error for some users .how to resolve this issue

Hi guys

I am facing issue for particular issues 403 forbidden error. In reports i will give all values try to search

that time we will get that error message.

Actually 7 version it’s working fine. Recently we upgraded version 8.7.5

How to resolve this issue please help it’s urgent.
