Error 403: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 403

I’m seeing the following 403 error while trying to open a assignment from link on the case. I am able to open the same assignment from the Administrator access group without any issue.

Error 403: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 403

Note: Recently system is upgraded from pega7 to peage 8.7.4 version

Did you configure pyBlockUnregisteredRequests when rule after upgrade? This is a security feature introduced from Pega 8.5.
