We are working with a case where we create a Parent Case passing some parameters and using some services to collect some information and we are passing these information into the Child case that we are going to use.
First screen that we see belongs to child case (See attachments) and its working fine when we test from Pega Case Worker, however, when we test from DX API, It only shows the Parent Case loading and does not advance to Child Case. The Child Case is indeed created but is not showing the screen, I would like to ask help on this matter.
We are using Pega Platform 8.6.2 with V2 DX API and to create child case we are calling activity PZCREATECASE saved in our own class and ruleset.
