How to increase PEG0005 Alert threshold time?

The setting for the PEGA0005 alert :
Default prconfig.xml settings
Be advised that this setting affects multiple alerts:
PEGA0093: Distinct values query took more than the time threshold
The default is 500 milliseconds (ms); however, it is recommended that you set a lower value, for example, 250 ms. A lower value can help to detect additional performance bottlenecks.
