How to implement to give the response like chat bot in pega knowledge buddy

Hi All,

I have ingested the required documents from Pega KM to Pega buddy and getting the response based on the context entered by the user from the ingested documents.

I have requirement to send the answer from the context and like a chat bot to the users.

From the response how to add this answers:

example:

Example Dialogue

A customer service agent is working on a case about a customer’s car accident claim.

User:
“I’m not sure what documents I need to collect for a car accident claim”

Pega Buddy:

@Vikky22 To implement chatbot-like responses in Pega Knowledge Buddy, configure the Default Knowledge Buddy and enable sharing options. Ensure the buddy is set to respond to user queries effectively.
