Is there any way to limit number of insights to be displayed in explore data landing page? i have a requirement where i need to show only few insights but i don’t see any option to customize explore data as its DP and RD are configured final.
Can’t you control using the Access groups whom can see the Insights (Public, Private, Shared with Users)?
While configuring the explore data as landing page in the portal, if you do not specify any object then by default all available objects will be displayed. Once you start specifying the objects then only those particular objects will be added to the configuration and on those objects you can define access as well.
can i eliminate the insights from selected object also?
That’s a good approach which i can discuss. We need to create a new landing page? is it on some field group type?
there are 60+ insights which we dont required they are set to public by default which we dont want them to be displayed
If you go to your Channels view, select Work Portal, you’ll see the current layout of your work portal. You can add more landing pages and configure them here, then add the new landing pages to your portal.
Here’s what it looks like on '26. It’ll be slightly different looking on prior versions, but the concept is the same.
