How to configure passed deadline?

I was able to click open SLA in one of the previous versions. Now they have updated the platform and removed the link. How can I configure passed deadline? (I’m using the newest version 8.5.2)

I’m not sure if you can configure it from there. Can you change it from DEV studio instead?

Hi Marc, thanks for the reply. If you could open my file attachments, you will see I was already in Dev studio. Only goal and deadline are configurable.

From what I understand, if a task has passed its deadline, we can keep increment the urgency (as long as it’s less than 100), also do some action such as notify manager. Now, no matter if it’s app studio or dev studio, the link is gone. without the link, how can we change passed deadline interval or add action?

Yes, I think this is still an Service Level Rule right. I guess you can open the rule outside case life cycle view and edit it from there right?

If you open up the corresponding flow and get to the SLA from there will it be working?
