How to add an action to a Real Time Events

Hi, Can I please know how to add this action to RTE in NBA Channel? Here I have attached two images of the action and the place I want the action to be displayed.

Hope you are doing well.

In the Channels tab of NBA, it displays only the active Channels. You can activate, deactivate, and configure custom Channels in the Configurations landing page. Access Configurations landing page by clicking Configure in the Active channels section of the Channels tab, or by clicking Next-Best-Action > Configurations in the navigation pane of Customer Decision Hub.

Hi @CharlesW2139,

From the channels tab of NBA designer, create an event with the same issue and group as that of action created, this would associated your action to the real time event configured.
