We have recently got all our environments in Pega cloud. We are trying to access the PDM from MPC. I see Deployment Manager link in Resources. But when i click on it it takes me to the documentation portal but not the acgtual PDM portal.
I can find all the latest documentation but no where it is mentioned from where i can launch the PDM portal which has been recently transformed into a service.
We have cloud deployment specialist role as well in the user management.
Please assist.
In the MPC, locate the environment you want to work on, select it, and open it.
You should then see a hyperlink to the Deployment Manager.
That should do the trick.
Here is the link for the PDM as a service. It will not be available in the My Environments if you are on Pega cloud and your version is 25 and above.
I’m on version 25 and above, I’m still able to access PDM as a service directly from My Environments, so it looks like availability isn’t restricted in my case.
Thanks Tharun, the strange thing is for us, it is not showing anywhere, neither in our view environments not in msp. I don’t see this link anywhere, i only got it from the Pega account manager and we book marked it.
