How can we disable user to post but allow him to see/read pulse messages

I am looking on a requirement were we need to restrict user with a specific access group to create pulse post but allow him to read existing messages, we are on pega constellation.

I tried restrict by creating access role to object but same not working.

Do we have any approach to achieve this kindly share

AFAIK, there is no OOTB configuration available to perform this configuration.
