How can I find Customer Service framework rules in our Application?

Hi all,

Currently my pega platform upgrading to 8.7 to 24.1. how can we find the framework rules in current application and how can I upgrade the framework rules .

I wasn’t able to find any article in pega document, could you all provide the information.

Can you check the application stack of the your application definition so that open the respective application from the stack.

You see ruleset stack list from the application then try to find the rules in the ruleset.
