Hi Guys, could anyone explain me the reason for the HFIX-A24 (Automatic checkout of DDR in destination open ruleset) and the information what Security Issue here exists. I need the backround information for our Changemanagement in our company.

HFIX-A24 (Automatic checkout of DDR in destination open ruleset)
For: Customer Decision Hub v8.8 for Platform 8.8.2
This hotfix will remove the automatic lock & roll of the Treatment DDRs from the treatments landing page. This auto rolling could cause an issue with aged imports when importing changes on Production. Once this hotfix is applied, the Treatment DDRs will NOT be auto rolled to the next version unless you are using 1:1 Operations Manager(There is a separate hotfix(HFIX-A29) as part of the same incident that deals with it). If using 1:1 Operations Manager, the rocking and rolling of DDR’s is automatically handled.
I was unable to find a product fix in either Issues resolved in version '23 nor Pega Platform 23.1 Resolved Issues
US-527176-1 (As a NBA designer, I want the DDR to lock & roll on create or update of treatments so this roll doesn’t happen when viewing the landing page) was resolved in CDH '23.
I’m not aware of there being any Security Issue involved here. Please log a support ticket if you need further details.
