I am encountering difficulties during the installation of Pega on my system. Specifically, I am receiving a Postgres error that is causing the installation process to stop. Despite attempting the installation multiple times, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

you can try the below steps:
1.Make sure that your system meets the minimum hardware and software requirements for installing Pega. You can find these requirements in the Pega installation guide or on the Pega website.
2.Check that you have downloaded the correct version of Pega for your operating system.
Verify that you have all the necessary permissions and privileges to install software on your system.
3.Try disabling any antivirus software temporarily to see if it is interfering with the installation process.
4.Check the installation log files for any error messages or warnings that may indicate what went wrong during the installation process.
If this does not resolve the problem, you can also try changing the port numbers used by Pega and Postgres during the installation process. In Some cases changing the port number for Pega to 8081 and the port number for Postgres to 5433 has helped resolve installation issues in some cases.
