Hi folks, is there a way to check the current deployed version of the pega framework on Citrix ? and can it be downgraded or compatibility set for deployments packages on later versions to be backwards compatible or visa versa.
sadly, I’m upskilling, inherited this mess.
im working on there may be config switches to allow compatibility of for code built on a later framework, make it compatible with earlier versions.

@CatP8063 You can check the version by looking in the Add/Remove programs screen. You can also look at the version of the OpenSpan.Runtime.exe on the machine. The version of Runtime in Citrix must match the version used to build the deployment package (via Studio or the Plug-In) as well as the version of Runtime on the machine launching the Citrix context. I assume you are using Citrix contexts given your description, but if you only have Runtime in Citrix, then there is nothing that needs to be installed on the machine that is launching Citrix. Code developed using Pega Robotics Studio requires at least that version of Runtime to be installed. We always suggest using the same version for Studio and Runtime however. A package built in a later version may not function correctly if run using an older version of Runtime.
