Hi, I have a requirement where I need system to take user to a different harness when he Cancel current working case. I tried adding an action set to the cancel button to launch harness but getting HarnessFail error. I’ve attached the pega log. Please help.
Solution: instead of opening the case by handle, I changed to open assignment by pzInskey. The section cancel button stayed the same and issue is resolved.
