Cant open harness out of case (Even Home Harness)

[AUT16885486 (AU TRU)]

I having a section in case with button there.

When click to this button, it run event and get to directed Harness

I configured like this,at first time, it can open harness

but from second time, i wont open that harness and have message:

"Case not found

Unable to open an instance using the given inputs:DATA-PORTAL USERPORTAL "
