Hello Team,
I have originally posted below question on support centre. But didn’t get any responses. So reposting here for better visibility.
So the question is based on the ‘Get next Work’ topic in LSA mission.
Green highlighted text saying GetNextWork link can be add to dashboard through shortcuts widget, which they claim as in the Case screenshot.
Again blue highlighted text saying get next work can be added to case level in the user portal as banner which is more aligned and make sense as per the screenshot .
Can any one help to clarify this ?
How to enable the get next work banner as shown in the pic / How to display it using shortcuts widget ?
Great questions. Let’s start with the landing page:
Enabling Get Next Work on a landing page is simple. You just need to check the checkbox “Enable Get Next Work”. It works on landing pages of type “Default page”, “Dashboard page” and “Inline dashboard page”. It does not work on type “Tabbed page”.

Moving on to the case level:
On the case, you have 2 options. You can simply enable Get Next Work like in your screenshot. Additionally, you have the option of showing a custom screen to the user when all their work is done. You could use both at the same time should you wish.
To enable these, head to the case type settings in App Studio > “General” > “Assignment processing”:
The Get Next Work option needs no additional configuration, it will simply work.
For the custom view option, you need to do the following things:
- To add properties from the case to the view, find the partial view named “Confirmation” in your case’s UX tab. Add your desired properties.
- To add a custom list of instructions, info, etc. you need to populate the “pyWhatsNext” pagelist, as the confirmation view will automatically pick up t@base@baseclasslassOTBie content@baseclassOTB @baseclassfbaseclassf thi@bas@baseclassclassOTB @basecla@baseclassOTBs@baseclassbaseclasst. The @baseclassOTB @baseclass version of this property is conf@baseclassOTBipecializ@baseclassgured as an embedded list, but you can @baseclass this pr@baseclas@baseclassOTBO@baseclassBb@baseclassseclassOTBp@baseclassrty to your case class and have a data p@baseclassOTBipecializege feeding it. That way, your “what’s next” entries are loaded declaratively. Your feeding data page needs to be of list type and you need to populate your content in .pxResults().pyDescription.
Example of enabling all the bells and whistles as per above:

@LantzAndreas Screenshots you added got removed from post above? I couldn’t see it now.
@Denny_Varghese Indeed it looks like they were. Very strange. Have added them back now, thanks for the heads up.
