Green highlighted text saying GetNextWork link can be add to dashboard through shortcuts widget, which they claim as in the Case screenshot.
Again blue highlighted text saying get next work can be added to case level in the user portal as banner which is more aligned and make sense as per the screenshot .
Can any one help to clarify this ?

To enable the banner you need to activate the “Get Next Work” functionality at the Case level within your portal configuration settings. This feature is a built-in part of the Constellation UI that automatically appears whenever a user has no remaining assignments in their current case. Unlike the dashboard shortcut widget, which is a static link, this banner acts as a dynamic prompt to guide workers to their next task immediately after finishing their current work. You can turn this on by navigating to the portal settings and enabling the banner option specifically for case headers. Once active, the system will display the “All work for this case is done” message along with the clickable link exactly as pictured in your screenshot.
