Forgot PDN Password

I forgot my PDN Password. I cannot able to reset it because mail [removed by mod] associated to it is expired.

Please help me with issue i order to access my certifications.

Hi @SaijayaC16674811: I suggest to remove personal information from the post (email address).

I see the issue for you is specific because you no more have access to the old email. In such case, I suggest you to reach pega account support team (mentioned end of FAQ here). Also please check if account merge would be a better option for you.
