We have a requirement to show the address book search where the CSR can lookup and select a particular agent while attaching the interaction and transferring the same. Currently the address book is configured in the five9 CTI toolbar and we want a similar address book search dropdown in the attach interaction screen that is already provided in the five9 CTI toolbar. Please refer to the attached images that is showing the attach interaction screen in the CTI toolbar, the five9 CTI toolbar and the configured five9 address book.
