File listener test connection failing

Hi Team,

In the File listener configuration, the test connectivity failed while I was giving the Source Location as the local file location (C:\CaseCreation). Please have a look at this.

Just Right Click on the folder, Select the Copy As Path, or Select Folder, then use a short cut key (CTRL + SHIFT + C)

E.g: Location Path Should be like this, PFA

*C:\Users\Bhumireddy\OneDrive\Desktop\CaseCreation*

Could you please confirm, are you using the PE or CE ? (PE: Personal Edition or CE: Community Edition).
