Foundation for Financial Services is currently licensed to Danske/Northern Bank but it is not available to download in the my software section -Please provide FFIS for 8.8.x. How can I arrange to download, as this is an application dependancy ?

Can I ask why you are asking your account question on this public product forum?
Your Account executive @AmitVed should be checking which licensed products need to be added to your My Pega Organization profile.
Alternatively please report a community bug ’ My profile is not up to date’ , this will log a ticket with the My Pega team directly who can check with your Pega AE..
Note: the engineer dealing with your support ticket tells me that he is verifying with the My Pega team now. Please continue liaising with Artur in the support ticket.
The solution was provided 5 October :
Your Pega AE Amit worked with the operation team to move all applications assigned to the old account NORBNK to the current DNSKBK.
