If your organization has purchased the license then it should be available. Else you need to connect with your Pega account executive for more details.
Thank you for the response. My organization already purchased and we are in live for past 2 years with 8.7.2. Now we are trying to upgrade and not seeing them.
I have already sent an email to account exec and waiting for the responses.

If in the next week you get no response from your Pega AE please let us know here and we will try to chase this for you.
