I am planning to take up CSA examination. I was wondering if there will be a feedback option in examination like PEGA academy quiz. I need to prepare accordingly. Also will the examination questions will be from the quiz and mock test? Or should I prepare exclusively for examination.

You need to go through the academy course thoroughly along with the exercises which will give the enough confidence to clear the CSA certification. Mock test is the one which is used to test yourself after the course completion. There is no guarantee of getting the mock test questions in the actual exam.
Coming to the feedback after the completion of the certification, you would receive a mark sheet where we can see the percentage scored in each of the topic like (case management, reporting etc.,)
