I am getting the following exception in Pega when I try to configure a Facebook data set with valid app id, app secret and page token which is already verified using graph API on facebook developers portal.
Please check the attachment and provide suggestions how to resolve this connectivity.

@ArnabD75 I have checked the investigation done on the support ticket and the outcome was that there is no issue from pega side.
From the past few years Facebook changed the way how API integration works for Apps - only approved/reviewed Apps can have API integrations, hence a Pega’s Facebook/messenger Data Set won’t reach Facebook’s API for an unreviewed/unapproved App.
Next actions:
Please make sure the App has all the required accesses and that it’s approved/reviewed by Facebook, so API integration is enabled.
I will close this forum thread based on the solution provided which is to check the Facebook’s App approval settings.
