I have a GenAI-Connect rule for document extraction mapping to case properties and that runs perfectly.
However, I am trying to experiment with the “Confidence Score” capabilities and when I select the “Include confidence score” checkbox, I get a “Extraction service base URL is not configured” error during for the same step.
Is there some additional setting that needs to be configured to enable the “Confidence score”?

Good to know that we have this kind of feature included in 26. In our existing genai connect rules, we are specifically adding confidence score in the predefined output json. I tried but did not find any Pega documentation related to this kind of hidden gems.
I too tried to enable this feature for an existing image analysis connect rule and encountered the same error.
Could be something related to OCR. Not sure. @MarcCheong @RameshSangili Any thoughts on this one?

This feature is available from Infinity 26.1.1 version onwards.

Glad that you figured out that you have a DSS for this.
What is the value that is supposed to be put here in this DSS? Anything generic or specific to an application?
