Explore data is showing mismatch data

We are using Pega Infinity '23.1.3 version. When we launch a insight from Explore data using app studio it showing number of records as 5000+ but when launched from user or manager portal the number of records shown is 2000+. We also saw that even the records are not present as we wanted to confirm if we are missing any data as the count is showing “+” at the end.

Anyone has experience any such issues and have been able to resolve it ?

I hope you can enable DB trace in the Tracer and check the parameters in the query. This will help you to isolate if there any extra filters applied on App Studio vs User/Manager portal.
