I am in the “Refining an Agile Workbench Backlog” challenge, i have downloaded the excel document but when I chose “import” it wont show up in my app studio. Please help ASAP as I cannot move forward with this and am on a time crunch. Thank you

This issue is usually caused by security settings on a corporate network, VPN, or proxy server issue.
If you are on a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN. If you are on a corporate network or proxy server, it could be the firewall/security settings - try attempting the challenge from a different network.
