I am having trouble with a challenge in the Pega Academy. I have completed multiple times but it keeps saying "the Identify Submitter step view is configured with First name, Last name, Address, and Phone Fields “Expected view contains the First Name field”. I have tried to back out and re-do everything again like 10x but I keep getting the same result.
On this last attempt to re-do the steps I am now seeing this error “An internal error occurred. Please contact administrator”

@AbhijitP17078278 I submitted a support ticket as they suggested and no one ever followed back up with me however, a couple days later I logged back in and verified the mission module again and it successfully showed that I passed it. So I don’t know if someone from the Support Team did something to fix it or not since I never got a response from them.
